Upon purchasing tickets, stubs will be entered the draw, and you will be posted your tickets.

Information about the raffle:

In partnership with the Severn Valley Railway Company Ltd, The 2857 Society are able to bring to you our ‘Wheel-y Good Raffle’.

As part of our upcoming overhaul, we will need to replace all eight driving wheel tyres at a projected cost of £37,500. The locomotive cannot return to traffic on the SVR without these new tyres, so this ‘wheel-y’ is a worthwhile investment!

All proceeds (after costs) from this raffle will go directly into the fund for the new driving wheel tyres. The closer we get to our £37,500 target, the sooner we can place the order and get the locomotive back in action.

• 1st Prize: £1200.00 cash
• 2nd prize: £600.00 cash
• 3rd prize: £300.00 cash
• 4th prize: £150.00 cash
• 5th prize: £75.00 cash
• 5 prizes of £28.57 cash

The prize draw will take place at the Severn Valley Railway Winter Steam Gala on Sunday 4th January 2026 at 12:00pm, at Kidderminster Station.
