Membership of The 2857 Society is open to all, the only requirements are that you pay the annual membership fee of £20 and also purchase a minimum of 10 £1 shares in the Society. The shares are non-withdrawable and non-transferable except on the death or bankruptcy of a member. Members receive a share certificate and a copy of “28 Lines”, the Society’s illustrated newsletter magazine, twice a year.
