UpDATE ON THE TENDER HIRE TO THE EMF

The 1st of October formally saw 2857’s Tender (T2355) handed over to the Erlestoke Manor Fund for a hire period of around 15 months. It has entered the paint shop at Bridgnorth during the last week for its new paint job, pending its use behind 7802 Bradley Manor.

We’re really looking forward to seeing 7802 return to the SVR, and we are very happy to have been able to play a part in making that return happen.

Hopefully after its use behind a 78xx, the tender can once again find use behind a 28xx in the not too distant future.
